The above recipe went fine until it came to putting it into my loaf tin.
I didn't understand the instructions and was left with a sentient yeasty escapologist...
It tastes delicious, but it doesn't slice at all and pretty much fell apart.

I later found the original recipe. With a delightful and informative illustration of how to put the bread in the tin, and realised I had done it totally wrong
